The first four nights you will stay at ultra-secluded Hidden Valley Inn. The cottages are spacious and pleasant, with high pitched ceilings, stocked fireplace, sitting area, private bath and Belizean hardwood detailing. Cottages are double and triple occupancy, with either a double bed or twins.
In addition to the inn's pool and hot tub, there are 100+ miles of hiking and mountain biking trails that lead to eight large waterfalls. Yoga is practiced in many specially-built locations throught the reserve, including overlooking Tiger Creek waterfall.

All meals are included, beginning with dinner on arrival day. You will feast on amazing food with excellent service while on our Caribbean Hideaways retreat. At both resorts, you will enjoy delicious breakfasts and lunches, and appetizers before a three- or four-course dinner. Vegetarian, vegan and allergies can be easily accomodated.
Typical dinner menu at Hidden Valley Inn might include a first course choice of bruchetta with olive tapanade, lobster stew or walnut and blue cheese salad, main course choices of pecan-crusted snapper, curried chickpeas and spinach or filet mignon with mushrooms and red wine sauce. Their exquisite, daily-made desserts range from decadent chocolate eclairs to the more pious pear granita.

Meals at Hatchet Caye are casual gourmet. Breakfast might be fresh tropical fruits, followed by homemade tortillas, eggs and beans. Lunch options freshly-caught lionfish and plantain fries. Dinner might be garden salad, creamy shrimp and basil pasta, and strawberry margarita pie.
Freshly baked snacks and juices are available all day long. Coffee & tea service is delivered to your porch every morning just before sunrise--an absolute luxury.
